When the contract is formed between you and us

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us to acknowledge your order has been received into our system. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product listed on our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you in the form of a Order Shipped, this email means that we have accepted your order and your Order has been shipped. The contract between us will only be form when we have issued this email.

Delivery & Return

Delivery will be made to the address specified on you order please check this on your confirmation order Should you wish to change the delivery address, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. 

Orders placed before 1pm cut off time will be processed the same day, providing that all the Products in your order are available.

No delivery can be made until clear funds have been received

In the event of Return, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the returning the item to us. We advised you that all items are returned by using a recorded delivery method, or a receipt of postage from your local post office, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss whilst in transit.

Live shrimps order can only be guarantee for Live on Arrival if delivery address is within the UK, outside UK it is at buyer’s risks.

Our Liability

For all dry goods product on our website, we warrant to you that any purchased made on our Website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for any purchases for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. 

You accept that any Livestock products which are listed as live plants or live shrimp, or live snails only have a Live on Arrival warranty which only valid for 2 hours after the time you have signed for the parcel. Once this 2 hours have passed or when the live stocks are introducing into your tank, we do not hold any liability for any consequences. For shipping outside of UK, any live stocks shipment is at the buyers' own risks and we cannot be hold responsible for any kind of problems occur. By placing an order on our website, meaning you have accepted to this specific Terms & Conditions.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product that you purchased, this does not include or limit in anyway of our liability:

1. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
2. under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
3. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
4. for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, or any delay has been caused, this including but not limited to

1. loss of income or revenue;
2. loss of business;
3. loss of profits or contracts:
4. loss of data.

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions together with all our policies and the contract of purchase through our website and any dispute or claim arising will be governed by English law.
