ShrimpCorner.co.uk reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. We do not accept responsibility for delayed or missing parcels through Customs/ Security checks or severe weather conditions.
Please note there are no refunds on shipping costs unless the error is caused by us.
We post dry goods worldwide. If you cannot see your country on the list, please send us an email to order@shrimpcorner.co.uk and we will find a bespoke courier service.
For UK Order (including Northern Ireland)
DRY GOOD PRODUCTS
All orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched the same day and this is subject to stock availability. Orders placed from 1pm Friday onwards will be dispatched on the next working Monday. You will receive an email to let you know the order is on its way, once we have completed the dispatch process. You can track the order (if there was tracking number available) via My Account section, and Order History. LIVE STOCK ORDER
Please note: for neocaridina cherry shrimp and snail orders, we will be posting using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for small orders (£6.50) Special Delivery by 1pm for larger orders (£12.00)and the postage is calculated at the time of checkout. All orders placed before 1:00 pm are shipped the same day unless specific instructions are provided at checkout of your preferred day. You'll receive an email from order@shrimpcorner.co.uk with your shipping out day (check your junk box), followed by a second email that your order is being processed . Once shipped an email with tracking information will be sent at the end of the day....so you can watch your little ones on their journey! For Saturday delivery, Royal Mail have increased their Special Delivery by 1pm on Saturdays to £19.02 this is their charge. if you would like Saturday delivery place a note on your order at checkout and we will be in touch, where we will send over the additional charge to be paid before despatching. International Order
We are posting dry goods worldwide. On the other hand, due to Brexit, we are now considering parcels to European Union, also Republic Of Ireland as International Orders. You may be liable for Import Tax/ Duty at your country.
We only ship live shrimp to UK & Northern Ireland addresses only at the moment. No International delivery for live stocks.
The shipping costs will be automatically work out at Checkout. If your country is not on the list that is available at checkout, please send us an email as order@shrimpcorner.co.uk and we will find a bespoke shipping service.
FOR ALL ORDERS
You will receive an email to let you know the order is on its way, once we have completed the dispatch process. For all our International order, we will use Royal Mail, meaning that deliveries are made by your local national postal courier. Please be aware that we will choose the most appropriate option depending on the weight and size of your order, however if you have a certain request, please feel free to send us an email at order@shrimpcorner.co.uk For large items including anything over 1kilo, please get in touch with us for shipping quote. |

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept returns of any unwanted parcels within 28 days of receiving your order. However, the products MUST be returned in SEALED condition as most of the products for shrimps are easy to get contamination. Therefore, if the seal has been broken, we will not be able to offer any Returns on this. If you return the parcel, please make sure you would be using a trackable service.
